Hide and seek with a small twist

One Hunter. Two to four Survivors. One connection.

No One Runs Alone is a multiplayer game of hide and seek in which the Survivors only escape together. The Soulbinder ties them to each other, and the Hunter uses exactly that connection.

  • 1 Hunter
  • 2–4 Survivors
  • 3 modes
A Survivor running through a dark office.

Hiding is only half of it.

One side searches, the other side stays out of sight. Whoever plays for themselves is easy prey, because a single Survivor never holds the whole round together.

Every round is a short chain of decisions: stay hidden or pull the Hunter away from someone else. Use an ability now, or wait for a better moment. Both work, and both have a price.

The connection that keeps the group together.

The Soulbinder connects all Survivors of a round. What one of them experiences reaches the others, so the group is never really apart – and never really safe either.

Survivors and the Hunter running through an office, linked by a blue trail.

Three ways to play the same hunt.

Classic

The hunt as it is meant to be. Fixed rules, clear roles, and both sides know what they can rely on. The mode for learning the game – and for settling who is better at it.

Random

The round shuffles itself. What you get is decided when the match starts, so routines are worth less than reading the situation in front of you.

Blind

Information is cut back. Both sides learn less about each other and have to trust what they hear, guess and remember. The mode for players who like being uncertain.

Bring your own way of playing.

Perks appear at random during a round and shape your role instead of upgrading it. Hunter and Survivors each have their own set, and a group can combine them on purpose.

  • For the Survivors Perks that help the group: reaching each other faster, getting somebody back on their feet, or noticing earlier that the Hunter is close.
  • For the Hunter Perks for the hunt: hints about which direction the Survivors are in, cutting off escape routes, or keeping the pressure on a group that has just regrouped.
  • As a group Perks stack across a team. Four Survivors who pick their perks together play a different round than four who pick on their own.
